Ive been thinking about the King’s glorious embrace of Willing Don and I can’t help wondering, just what it is of ours that he’s been giving away. I wouldn’t have thought that Our Don’s great State would have much to offer us in Oz these days … Nuclear Missile Bases perhaps, I s’pose they’d be handy to keep the Chinese, the Indonesians and the Kiwi’s at bay – though I can’t imagine that that would be a good enough deal for Our Don. He’s a cagey old crim, Our Don, there’s gotta be something else the Kings promising him; asylum perhaps. Can’t imagine its coal … The yanks don’t want coal, surely they’re not that stupid, and I can’t imagine they need any more prisoners to torture, they’re raking in plenty of their own and they’ve got plenty of their own pacific islands … still, there’s gotta be something else going on under the Giant’s table. Heard talk the King had his priest there too – just between you and me …

All day yesterday I racked my poor head, but I just can’t think what it is that we’ve got here in Oz that Willing Don would want … Ah, humn .. Uranium? Na, he could invade Canada if he needed more of that – Koalas .. the yanks like koalas … though I’m not so sure we have that many of them left ourselves.

Makes no sense. The only thing that Our Don really seems to want is a great big war and surely he can do that all by himself, surely he can nuke China, Iran and North Korea just as easily from his own backyard as he can from ours … Ah ha, a decoy, he wants a decoy! – now that makes sense .. sorta.

I wonder if our King, when he gets back from the Land of the Giant, is going to tell us just what it is he’s given away? Im not going to be holding my breath, I reckon it’ll be a secret – something to surprise us with some foggy day.

Ah ha, we gave the old crim 150 million, help get us all to Mars … 25 million of us, s’pose its cheap at 6 bucks a head – cheaper if Numbers Robert does the counting – though I’m betting it’ll disappear into a cloud of gas way before anything actually gets off the ground.
