The King, Christ & Pistol Pete’s Inquisition.

The King, Christ & Pistol Pete’s Inquisition.

Well, here we go. That old slippery slope. Reminds me of Franco’s Spain. Sure, I’m old. Sure, I’m a Republican. Sure, I’m a Socialist and, hell, I sure do believe in democratic process.

“Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth. I come not to bring peace but the sword.” (Matt. 10:34)

This is a sad and appalling state of affairs for a once proud country to be dragged into. The King’s going tell you, ‘well .. you voted for it .. I’ve given you a bit of our dosh and you’ve given me a mandate. This is what its about,’ the Kings going to say. ‘These are the outcomes I promised you … No use whinging about it now, deals done, I’m leading My people into a promised land. HE will guide me, HE will guide me through his WORD … And I’ll tell you what HIS word is.’

Ah, well mankind’s been here many times before … Do we dare to pray for the same result?

Pistol Pete’s keeping secrets; making secret laws. Christ Porter’s pulled the hoody over his eyes – I’m sure it won’t take him long to figure out they work better with a couple of eyes cut into them, even if they’re cut into the back. You know, Christ ain’t no God Bod, he likes his clubs with a bit more secular strength to them. Still, if the Kings going to give us miracles …

Damn. Everytime I get close to minding my own business this government steps in and forces me into a position where their business becomes my business … Girls and boys and Mums and Dads, this Kings not going to bring your world prosperity and peace. He’s taking you all to war; he’s taking you into ‘1984’.

There’s a belief in these types of people that war is good for the economy, and dicks like Dutton and his lawyer mate like it because it gives them a bit more opportunity to sow internal fear – a way to enhance their draconian agendas; their Rule by Fear of Law. ‘Course, marching off to war with Trump creates a state of war in our own little piece of heaven … Turns the lucky country into a cock-pit.

“There does seem room for a distinction between real facts – all those states of affairs which are or have been so – and true facts – facts about which, one way or another, the question has arisen whether they are real or not. Since truth is a matter of propositions, somebody must make a proposition before a real fact becomes a true fact. But the proposer does not make, or help to make, the fact a true fact; he acknowledges, willy-nilly, that it is so. If it was not real, then it will not be true.” – John Bossy.
